Dr. Cunningham began his professional career in the academic world as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee. After several years, Dr. Cunningham moved into business development positions within the food industry. He was successful in New Product Development and General Management positions for Frito-Lay and Pepsi Foods International.
