Mr. Feinberg has over thirty years experience in the food industry. As owner of Mid America Food Sales, Ltd., a food ingredient brokerage and marketing company for the past thirty years, he has specialized in value added functional food ingredients, such as food grade fibers (i.e., FOS inulin), specialty grains/flours, proteins, starches, nutraceuticals, and provided custom blending, packaging and custom extrusion of cereal grains. The current hot new ingredient is Live-O; a prebiotic and probiotic custom blend grown onto specific inulin ….a true symbiotic ingredient. Mr. Feinberg is a consultant to Cargill as a business development manager for the health and nutrition business unit.
In addition, Mr. Feinberg started a direct mail consumer marketing company selling bread mixes to owners of electric bread machines. Mr. Feinberg developed all the formulas for the bread mixes. Back to the top
