Mr. Feinberg has over thirty years experience in the food industry. As owner of Mid America Food Sales, Ltd., a food ingredient brokerage and marketing company for the past thirty years, he has specialized in value added functional food ingredients, such as food grade fibers (i.e., FOS inulin), specialty grains/flours, proteins, starches, nutraceuticals, and provided custom blending, packaging and custom extrusion of cereal grains. The current hot new ingredient is Live-O; a prebiotic and probiotic custom blend grown onto specific inulin ….a true symbiotic ingredient.

Mr. Feinberg is a consultant to Cargill as a business development manager for the health and nutrition business unit.

In addition, Mr. Feinberg started a direct mail consumer marketing company selling bread mixes to owners of electric bread machines. Mr. Feinberg developed all the formulas for the bread mixes.

Mr. Feinberg is knowledgeable in product development, processing and distribution.

Institute of Food Technologists, American Association of Cereal Chemists, American Association of Candy Technologists, American Society of Bakery Engineers, and shares a patent with the Amway Corporation for an extruded high fiber particulate being used in nutrition bars.
